Baldwin County Residential Market Report - 2011

Baldwin County: 2011 sales were up 14% from 2010; median prices down 9%; sales prices in Dec. were up 8% from Nov.

Fairhope: 2011 sales were up 26% from 2010; median prices down 6%; sales prices in Dec. were up 14% from Nov.

Daphne & Spanish Ft.: 2011 sales were up 7% from 2010; median prices down 8%; sales prices in Dec. were down 2% from Nov.

Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Condos:  2011 sales were up over 2010 numbers by 18% and sales prices have fallen 5%.
